Bengaluru on Friday reported 1,008 new coronavirus cases, which is nearly 94% of the total new cases recorded in Karnataka, according to official data. The city also recorded one death due to the virus the same day. The number of active clusters in Bengaluru fell to 13, however, the positivity rate rose to 4.24% as compared to a day earlier.
