A total of 1,525 cases of Omicron variant of Covid-19 have been reported so far in the country. Omicron cases have been reported from 23 States and Union Territories. Out of these, 560 patients have already recovered. Maximum of 460 cases have been reported from Maharashtra followed by Delhi with 351 cases.
