The High Commission of India celebrated the 12th foundation day of Indira Gandhi Cultural Centre (IGCC) in Dhaka on Friday. High Commissioner of India to Bangladesh Vikram Doraiswami inaugurated the event with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp. In his speech, he highlighted the importance of the cultural centre to foster and strengthen cultural exchanges between India and Bangladesh and promote people to people connections.
