The Bengaluru Traffic Police have come out with a fresh set of rules to decongest traffic on the Hebbal flyover and have blocked two crossover points in front of Manipal Hospital and Esteem Mall signal. “These changes have been proposed after studying the flow of vehicles at this junction, checking…data and factors causing traffic congestions,” Bengaluru Traffic Police tweeted.
