Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao has written a letter to PM Narendra Modi, alleging that the Centre has failed to implement the policy of doubling farmers’ income and had burdened them with increasing fertiliser prices and faulty fixation of MSP. “Despite the passage of over five years, no specific or structured programme has been initiated towards this direction,” KCR said.
