China and Russia should tell North Korea to avoid more “provocations” after it resumed intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) testing this week, US State Department Deputy Spokesperson Jalina Porter said. The launch is a “brazen” violation of UN Security Council resolutions, Porter added. North Korea said the test was designed to demonstrate its nuclear might and deter any US military moves.
