Kerala government has announced a cash reward of ₹1.14 crore for the state’s football team for winning this year’s Santosh Trophy. The decision was taken in a cabinet meeting chaired by CM Pinarayi Vijayan. Notably, ₹5 lakh each will be given to 20 players and the head coach while the rest of the support staff will get ₹3 lakh each.
