Soon after actor Will Smith slapped comedian Chris Rock for making a joke about his wife Jada Pinkett’s condition, Smith remarked, “Love will make you do crazy things.” In an emotional speech, Smith apologised and said, “Art imitates life. I look like the crazy father, just like they said…but love will make you do crazy things.”During the ceremony, Rock made a joke about Smith’s wife, Jada Pinkett Smith, while he was presenting an award.
