While criticising the central government’s power reforms, Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao said the BJP-led government and its local leaders were misleading people by saying that those were good reforms. “In reality, the Narendra Modi government just wants to loot farmers, grab their land and give [it] to private entrepreneurs,” KCR said in the Assembly on Monday.
