Karnataka Energy Minister V Sunil Kumar on Thursday said that “negligence in addressing a complaint” led to the deaths of a father-daughter duo in the BESCOM transformer blast in Bengaluru. He added that before the blast at 3.10 pm, BESCOM had received a complaint at 12.50 pm about the transformer. He also announced ₹10 lakh each for the deceased’s relatives
