Over three crore adolescents between the 12-14 age group have received the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine so far, the Union Health Ministry said on Monday. COVID-19 vaccination for this age group was started on March 16, 2022. Similarly, the COVID-19 precaution dose administration for the age group 18-59 years began from April 10, 2022.
