As Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived at the National War Memorial on Wednesday, January 26, to pay tribute to martyrs, he was seen wearing Uttarakhand’s traditional cap.The cap was adorned with a “Brahmakamal”, which is the state flower of Uttarakhand, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami tweeted.
