Portugal’s Prime Minister Antonio Costa on Tuesday tested positive for COVID-19 after being re-elected for a second term on Sunday. Costa’s office said he will isolate himself for seven days, adding the 60-year-old had no symptoms. Costa’s Socialist Party won 117 out of 230 parliament seats, only the second time the party achieved a full majority in Portugal’s democratic history
