Russian President Vladimir Putin’s spokesperson Dmitry Peskov in an interview said that Russia hasn’t achieved any of its military goals in Ukraine yet and refused to rule out use of nuclear weapons. “If it’s an existential threat for our country, then it can be,” Peskov stated. “Putin intends to make the world listen to and understand our concerns,” he added.
