The Russian forces have broken into Ukraine’s second-largest city Kharkiv, the city’s governor Oleh Synyehubov said. “The Russian enemy’s light vehicles broke into Kharkiv including the central part of the city…Warning! Do not leave the shelters! The Armed Forces of Ukraine are eliminating the enemy. Civilians are asked not to take to the streets,” he said in a statement.
