Mulayam Singh Yadav, Samajwadi Party founder and three-time chief minister of Uttar Pradesh, died in a private hospital Monday, He was 82,his son Akhilesh said. He was admitted to the ICU ward and reportedly put on a ventilator at Medanta Hospital last week after his health deteriorated.
