The Gyanvapi Mosque case will be heard by a higher court in UP, the Supreme Court ordered on Friday. The case has been transferred from Civil Judge (senior division), Varanasi to District Judge, Varanasi. A senior and experienced judicial officer of UP Judicial services will hear the case, the apex court said. It’s hearing a plea challenging mosque’s video survey.
