India’s lone participant at 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics alpine skier Arif Khan finished 45th in men’s giant slalom on Sunday. The 31-year-old clocked a combined time of 2 minute 47.24 seconds from two races, finishing 37.89 seconds behind gold medallist Marco Odermatt of Switzerland who clocked a combined time of 2:09.35. Notably, it’s India’s best ever performance in giant slalom.
