Olympic gold medallist Yulimar Rojas of Venezuela won her third consecutive triple jump gold at the World Athletics Championships after she jumped 15.47 metres in Oregon on Monday. “This is a special competition for me,” said Rojas. Jamaican Shanieka Ricketts clinched her second consecutive world silver with a 14.89-metre jump, while American Tori Franklin took bronze (14.72 metres).
